As Head of Unit, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the plant through the adoption of new technologies focused on sustainability, versatility, and consistent quality. Under his leadership, production capacity expanded significantly from 40 million to 80 million meters per month. Major milestones include the successful installation of Exhaust Dyeing, Digital Printing, and Sublimation Printing facilities, along with extensive automation and advanced process controls, ensuring the plant remains fully aligned with modern textile technologies.
Our advanced processing unit is highly proficient in printing, dyeing, and finishing fabrics up to 3.2 meters wide, with an annual production capacity of approximately 100 million meters. The facility is powered by the latest Swiss, German, and Italian technologies and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, ensuring precision, consistency, and exceptional fabric quality.
