Salman Sattar Baloch holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, with over 30 years of experience in textile spinning across leading mills in Pakistan. As General Manager (Spinning Unit) at Lucky Textile Mills, his core expertise includes product development and R&D, quality control and assurance, production optimization, cost effectiveness, and efficient spinning operations. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and values Lucky’s system driven culture, empowered leadership, and collaborative working environment.
